PT Nandava Consultants is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Laundry Staff member to join our professional team in the heart of Kuta, Bali. You will be responsible for the end-to-end laundry process, ensuring that all guest linens, uniforms, and textiles are cleaned, pressed, and handled with the utmost care.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, sort, and process laundry items including bed linens, towels, and staff uniforms.
- Operate commercial laundry equipment, including industrial washers, dryers, and ironing machines safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper chemical usage and laundry supply levels to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Inspect all cleaned items for stains, damage, or wear and tear before distribution.
- Ensure all laundry facilities and equipment are kept clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic workspace.
- Maintain accurate records of laundry inventory and daily production logs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely delivery of clean linens to guests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a laundry role, particularly within hotels or villa management, is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify stains and fabric types.
- Good physical stamina, capable of standing for long periods and lifting laundry loads.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of laundry chemicals and stain removal techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated team.
- Discipline, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
