- Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters and issues
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, agreements, and legal pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to support litigation and advisory work
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian laws, regulations, and professional standards
- Manage client relationships, maintain clear communication, and set realistic expectations
- Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and appeals within required deadlines

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university in Malaysia
- Successfully called to the Malaysian Bar and possess a valid practicing certificate
- Strong legal drafting and writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment
- Prior experience in litigation, corporate law, or general practice is advantageous
