Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel to senior management and the board of directors on a wide range of business matters.
- Oversee the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of complex commercial contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding (MOUs).
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, corporate governance regulations, and industry-specific standards.
- Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence to assess risks associated with new business ventures, mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
- Manage and oversee external legal counsel and service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient legal services.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to minimize legal exposure and enhance corporate compliance.
- Handle litigation, regulatory inquiries, and dispute resolution processes as necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed lawyer (Philippine Bar Certified) with a valid Certificate of Registration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate law, legal compliance, or business affairs.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Civil Code, Corporation Code, and relevant labor laws.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft clear and precise legal documents.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and risk management.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in using legal research tools and document management systems.
