PERSOL is currently seeking a dedicated Layout Operator (Engraving) to support our operations in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. In this contract/temporary position, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by preparing and executing engraving layouts with high precision. You will be responsible for ensuring that every piece meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate engraving machines and layout equipment to produce finished goods according to technical blueprints and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and patterns to determine engraving paths and material requirements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all engraved products meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring machinery is serviced and cleaned regularly.
- Assist in the setup of materials and tools prior to the engraving process to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and achieve daily production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a layout or engraving role within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for standing for long periods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adhere to safety protocols.
