Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver parcels to customers in the Klang/Port Klang area efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Handle package sorting and preparation before the start of the delivery shift.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and managing delivery expectations professionally.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations while driving.
- Report any damaged or lost packages immediately to the logistics coordinator.
- Update delivery status accurately in the tracking system.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class B or higher).
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or a related field is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting packages (up to 20kg).
- Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic computer literacy for tracking and reporting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
