Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently transport Lazada parcels to designated customer locations within Petaling Jaya and surrounding areas.
- Plan daily delivery routes using navigation apps to ensure timely and accurate drop-offs.
- Handle all packages with the utmost care to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with recipients.
- Obtain and record accurate proof of delivery, including signatures and photographs, via the mobile application.
- Conduct daily pre-departure vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Manage cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions accurately and securely, if applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (B2 for motorcycle or D for car, depending on vehicle used).
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Petaling Jaya and the wider Selangor region.
- Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and digital delivery applications.
- Physically fit and capable of handling and lifting parcels of various sizes.
- Highly disciplined, punctual, and able to meet daily delivery targets.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
