Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily delivery routes for DC Hubs and Teams with precision and timeliness
- Verify and zone shipments according to delivery protocols and customer specifications
- Safely transport packages while adhering to traffic regulations and company safety standards
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report discrepancies or issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve concerns professionally
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules and efficiency
- Conduct pre/post-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Familiarity with Pampanga's roads and barangays
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25kg
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of package handling and logistics best practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
