As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of service delivery to our diverse client base.
Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing our LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidation processes, reducing operational costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with your team to resolve operational challenges, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of our logistics operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and lead a team of import, export, transshipment & nomination staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure operational excellence
- Oversee all aspects of LCL consolidation operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality standards
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo flow
- Monitor key performance indicators and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in logistics operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in LCL consolidation operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and operational management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
