Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to advance your career with a leading Multinational Corporation (MNC)? We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented LCL Product Manager / Assistant Manager to oversee our Less-than-Container Load (LCL) operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and operational excellence of our LCL product line.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing competitive pricing strategies, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and agents, and ensuring seamless service delivery. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the global freight landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end P&L and operational performance of the LCL product portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategic pricing models to remain competitive in the regional market.
- Collaborate with global agents and carriers to optimize route planning and reduce transit costs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Provide regular reporting and performance analysis to senior management.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal sales teams to support business development efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in freight forwarding, specifically within LCL/ocean freight.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and logistics software.
- Proven track record in product management, pricing strategy, or regional operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping regulations, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus for regional communication.
