Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of system administrators in daily operations and technical troubleshooting
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement security protocols and compliance frameworks to protect enterprise systems
- Develop and document operational procedures, SLAs, and disaster recovery plans
- Optimize system performance through capacity planning and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional IT projects and vendor management activities
- Monitor system health using monitoring tools and proactively address potential issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, security protocols, and cloud platforms
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders
