Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-agent systems.
- Lead the deployment and scaling of foundational and LLM models on major cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to a highly capable team of AI engineers and data developers.
- Establish standard methodologies for LLMOps and MLOps, focusing on model monitoring, evaluation, fine-tuning, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and client executives to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Evaluate state-of-the-art AI frameworks, tools, and open-source models to continuously optimize system cost and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to AI, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Hands-on experience building solutions using Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or AutoGen.
- Proven expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native AI tools (e.g., SageMaker, Azure AI Studio, Vertex AI).
- Strong proficiency in Python, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern API architectures.
- Outstanding analytical, presentation, and leadership skills, with a track record of driving innovative tech projects from concept to production.
