- Design and optimize air network strategies for Asia-Pacific region to meet customer needs and business objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform network planning decisions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, and finance teams for seamless network implementation
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor network efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Present network plans, cost-benefit analyses, and performance reports to senior leadership
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement in network planning
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, customs requirements, and regional aviation policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience in air freight network planning, logistics operations, or transportation management
- Proven track record in designing and implementing air network solutions for global logistics operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in network modeling tools (e.g., Air Cargo Planner, Locus)
- Expert knowledge of Asia-Pacific air freight markets, regulatory environments, and carrier relationships
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
