AIA Digital+ is looking for a Lead Analyst specializing in Webmethods to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect behind our enterprise platform evolution, ensuring seamless system connectivity and robust application delivery.
You will play a critical role in the end-to-end (E2E) delivery lifecycle, working at the intersection of system design, complex programming, and rigorous quality assurance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Webmethods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
- Oversee system architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive unit testing and lead system integration testing (SIT) to ensure software reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices for platform transformation.
- Manage deployment pipelines and support UAT and production troubleshooting.
- Continuously optimize existing integration workflows for better efficiency and reduced latency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in software development and enterprise integration.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Software AG Webmethods (Integration Server, Trading Networks, MWS).
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
