- Lead end-to-end architectural design and master planning for residential, socialized housing, and mixed-use developments
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, technical drawings, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, urban planning, and sustainability teams to ensure project feasibility
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and compliance with zoning regulations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining design integrity
- Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
- Mentor junior architects and guide design team professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BS Arch) or related field
- At least 7 years of progressive architectural design experience
- Valid PRC Architect license with strong technical knowledge
- Expertise in residential subdivision and socialized housing projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software
- Proven project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes and sustainability standards
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
