As the Lead Architect, you'll drive the entire design lifecycle from conceptualization through to construction completion. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end architectural design for high-end villas and boutique hospitality projects
- Develop innovative design concepts that balance luxury, functionality, and cultural sensitivity
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure integrated structural and MEP solutions
- Manage project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and compliance materials
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction quality against design specifications
- Mentor junior architects and designers while maintaining design excellence standards
- Collaborate with clients to refine requirements and deliver exceptional outcomes
- Research and implement sustainable design practices for tropical environments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with professional licensure
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury residential/hospitality architecture
- Proven portfolio of high-end villa and boutique hospitality projects in tropical climates
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian building codes and Bali-specific construction practices
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex projects
- Exceptional creative vision with attention to detail and material aesthetics
- Fluency in English with excellent client communication and presentation skills
