Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design projects from concept through completion
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and designers
- Develop innovative design solutions compliant with local building regulations

- Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 7 years architectural experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM technologies
- Proven track record in project management and delivery
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian building codes and sustainability practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
