Tanggung Jawab
- Implement Montessori curriculum and learning activities for assigned age groups
- Support lead teacher in classroom management and student engagement
- Prepare and maintain organized, child-friendly learning environments
- Document student progress and communicate with parents regarding development
- Collaborate with teaching team on lesson planning and curriculum refinement
- Participate in school events, parent conferences, and professional training
- Adhere to Montessori principles while fostering independence and critical thinking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
- Montessori certification (or willingness to obtain within first year)
- Minimum 2 years experience in early childhood education
- Strong understanding of child development and learning methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in classroom settings
