Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and conduct ISO certification audits for various organizations
- Lead audit teams and coordinate audit activities
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide consultation and guidance to clients on quality improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards and industry best practices
- Communicate audit results effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Kualifikasi
- Certified Lead Auditor with recognized qualification (e.g., IRCA, Exemplar Global)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in ISO standards
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in audit software and documentation tools
