Motolite is looking for a seasoned Lead Automation Engineer to spearhead our manufacturing innovation initiatives at our plant in Santa Maria, Bulacan. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing automated systems that power our production lines, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality across the board.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end‑to‑end automation projects from concept to deployment, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC‑based control systems (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, or equivalent).
- Develop and configure SCADA/HMI interfaces for real‑time monitoring and data acquisition.
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean methodologies and advanced automation technologies.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, flowcharts, and user manuals.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and innovation.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to evaluate new automation equipment and technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and SCADA configuration.
- Experience with HMI design, networking protocols (Profibus, Ethernet/IP), and fieldbus communication.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering measurable process improvements.
- Excellent communication and project‑management skills, capable of leading cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous‑improvement frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced production environment and meet tight deadlines.
