Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of SAP BO and BW4HANA solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting platforms for performance and scalability
- Mentor and guide junior BI engineers through technical guidance and best practices
- Implement data governance policies and ensure data quality across BI systems
- Stay current with SAP BI innovations and propose system enhancements
- Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of SAP BO/BW4HANA development experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports) and BW4HANA modeling
- Strong background in data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL optimization
- Proven experience leading BI projects from conception to implementation
- Certification in SAP BusinessObjects or BW4HANA preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under tight deadlines
