- Design, implement, and refine end-to-end candidate admission processes across all stages
- Develop and execute candidate engagement strategies that enhance experience and retention
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align recruitment operations with organizational goals
- Analyze candidate journey data to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements
- Manage and mentor recruitment coordinators to ensure consistent service delivery
- Establish KPIs for candidate satisfaction and track performance against targets
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure employer brand consistency throughout the candidate journey
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years in recruitment operations with 2+ years in candidate experience leadership
- Proven track record of improving candidate satisfaction metrics and drop-off rates
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics platforms
- Strong project management skills with experience implementing process improvements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., CPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
