Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Lead Centre Manager to oversee operations for our Active Aging and Senior Care facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Senior Care Centre to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including nursing, administrative, and program staff.
- Manage centre budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with all MOH regulations, safety protocols, and healthcare standards.
- Develop and implement innovative programs that promote active aging and mental well-being for seniors.
- Foster strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community stakeholders.
- Analyze key performance metrics and report on center utilization and service outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior care, community services, or healthcare operations management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a clinical or community setting.
- Strong understanding of local senior care regulations and standards in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with the elderly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and center management software.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure or emergency situations.
