Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptual, basic, and detailed civil and structural engineering design for major industrial, commercial, and infrastructure EPC projects.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of junior to mid-level civil engineers, designers, and CAD drafters to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Review, verify, and approve technical calculations, engineering drawings, material specifications, and design reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Managers, Procurement teams, and other engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Piping) to maintain seamless project execution.
- Ensure all civil and structural designs comply with local codes (NSCP), international standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE), and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support during construction, conducting site visits and resolving design-related queries and technical issues.
- Manage engineering project schedules, resource allocations, and budget estimates to ensure on-time delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering is an advantage.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC license).
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in civil/structural design, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong experience within a global EPC, multidisciplinary consultancy, or large-scale construction environment.
- Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Civil 3D, or SAP2000.
- Thorough knowledge of structural concrete, steel design, foundation analysis, and soil mechanics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven ability to lead client-facing discussions.
