Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning, design, and execution of port, jetty, and mining infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, to ensure project alignment.
- Supervise onsite construction activities to ensure strict adherence to engineering designs and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, providing regular status updates to senior management.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure structural integrity and operational longevity.
- Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, progress reports, and compliance permits.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks and develop proactive solutions to prevent delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, specifically within port, jetty, or mining infrastructure.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant professional certification.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of local maritime/mining construction regulations and safety codes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in challenging field environments.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in both English and Indonesian.
