Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of CNC programming experience with 2+ years in lead role
- Proficiency in CNC software (Mastercam, SolidCAM, or similar platforms)
- Deep understanding of machining processes, tooling, and material properties
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex technical issues
- Experience mentoring and developing technical teams
