Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire commissioning process for large-scale Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Plant projects
- Develop comprehensive commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules aligned with project milestones
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control systems)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (HSE), regulatory requirements, and client specifications
- Execute system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to achieve operational readiness
- Manage commissioning documentation, reports, and handover procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians to build technical capability
- Interface with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering
- Minimum 8+ years of commissioning experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Power Plant sectors
- Proven track record leading commissioning teams on large-scale projects (>$50M)
- Expert knowledge of international standards (ISO, API, NORSOK, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system integration
- Professional certification (e.g., CEP, CMRP) or relevant engineering license
- Advanced proficiency in commissioning software and diagnostic tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
