Environ Consulting Services (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a visionary Lead Computational Designer to spearhead our High-Rise & Complex Buildings team. In this pivotal role, you will define the future of how we approach design challenges, utilizing advanced computational tools to optimize building performance and aesthetic innovation. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of computational design strategies for complex high-rise and mixed-use developments.
- Utilize parametric modeling tools (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo) to optimize building geometry, massing, and structural efficiency.
- Conduct advanced energy, wind, and daylight simulations to ensure compliance with green building standards and sustainability goals.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior designers and computational specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and architectural teams to integrate computational workflows seamlessly into the design process.
- Present technical concepts and design proposals to stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on computational design.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in computational design, BIM management, or advanced architectural practice.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and scripting languages (Grasshopper, Dynamo, or Python).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale high-rise projects or complex urban designs.
- Strong understanding of building physics, sustainability principles, and code compliance (BCA/UBD).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and client expectations.
- Portfolio demonstrating complex computational projects is essential.
