Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in transaction advisory, M&A, or corporate finance
- Expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation methodologies
- Proven track record of leading complex transaction engagements
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Experience in engineering or professional services industry
