We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Consultant, Water to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading high-profile water and wastewater projects, driving technical excellence, and fostering a culture of safety and innovation. You will act as a key technical authority, guiding complex engineering challenges while mentoring junior staff and ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies through to construction supervision.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, providing expert advice and innovative engineering solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, industry standards, and sustainability guidelines.
- Conduct thorough site investigations, risk assessments, and design reviews to mitigate potential issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in water and wastewater engineering projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and water modelling tools.
