- Lead and mentor SOC teams to deliver high-impact security projects and operational improvements
- Design and implement robust security products aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements

- Optimize SOC workflows using automation and emerging security technologies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in SOC leadership roles
- Expertise in security operations, threat intelligence, and incident response frameworks
- Strong proficiency in SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, and security automation tools
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional security projects
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or OSCP) strongly preferred
