Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process to support customer lifetime management initiatives and drive revenue growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast customer behavior and optimize retention strategies.
- Identify data quality issues and implement robust data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity.
- Present clear, concise, and compelling insights to senior leadership to influence strategic business decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative analytical approaches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven track record of managing projects and mentoring junior analysts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is highly preferred.
