Join our dynamic team as a Lead Data Analyst II for Air Network Planning & Scheduling (Special Projects) based in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will leverage advanced analytics to optimise the Asia‑Pacific (APAC) air network, delivering data‑driven solutions that directly impact operational efficiency and strategic growth.
You will be responsible for leading high‑impact projects from inception through execution, collaborating closely with planning, scheduling, operations, finance, and commercial teams. Your expertise will drive the development of predictive models, demand forecasting, and network simulation tools, enabling the airline to maximise resource utilisation while maintaining service excellence.
Key accountabilities include translating complex data sets into actionable insights, designing interactive dashboards for senior leadership, and fostering a data‑first culture across the organization. You will also mentor junior analysts, champion best practices in data governance, and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our network strategies remain cutting‑edge.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of data‑driven models to optimise APAC air network planning and scheduling.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (operations, finance, commercial) to define project requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced analytics dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and automating routine analyses.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of data literacy across the organization.
- Manage special projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices in air network optimisation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in airline or transportation network planning.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Strong experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
- Solid understanding of airline scheduling, fleet assignment, and network optimisation concepts.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big‑data technologies is a plus.
