Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic design and implementation of enterprise-level data architectures and scalable frameworks.
- Develop and maintain complex Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), logical/physical data models, and data flow diagrams.
- Perform comprehensive data discovery and profiling to identify patterns and ensure data quality across platforms.
- Partner with C-suite leaders and stakeholders to align architectural roadmaps with long-term organizational objectives.
- Oversee the development of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data warehousing solutions.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory compliance protocols.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and data engineering teams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing high-performance, scalable data ecosystems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Expertise in data modeling tools and methodologies including Inmon, Kimball, or Data Vault.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with modern data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
