- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions
- Implement data governance frameworks and ensure data quality, security, and compliance
- Optimize data storage and processing systems for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and methodologies, and implement best practices
- Mentor and lead a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Develop and document data architecture, standards, and procedures
- Partner with data scientists and analysts to provide the necessary data infrastructure for advanced analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing technologies
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant data processing languages
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex data systems
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring technical teams
