Join NTS Components as a Lead Demand Planner and drive operational excellence in our engineer-to-order manufacturing environment. This pivotal role requires strategic expertise to convert complex sales pipelines and forecasts into actionable production schedules. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize costs, and ensure timely delivery of high-value components. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytical skills to forecast demand fluctuations, mitigate supply chain risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Lead end-to-end demand planning for engineer-to-order manufacturing processes
- Analyze sales pipelines and market trends to create accurate production schedules
- Optimize inventory levels while maintaining service targets
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to align supply with demand
- Develop and implement demand forecasting methodologies using ERP systems
- Monitor KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in demand planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of demand planning experience in manufacturing/engineer-to-order environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and demand planning tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical forecasting methods
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships
- Expertise in inventory optimization and supply chain analytics
- Leadership experience with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
