Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance web and backend applications.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
- Establish engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and high-quality output.
- Drive the selection of technology stacks and tools to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
- Expertise in modern full-stack development (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Proven experience in designing and scaling cloud-native distributed systems (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and API security standards.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical decision-making at all levels.
