Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Java, Node.js, and React.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Design and optimize database schemas and API integrations for scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Ensure security compliance and data protection standards across all application layers.
- Manage deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot preferred) and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).
- Deep technical expertise in modern front-end frameworks, specifically React.
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API architecture and microservices design.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead technical teams effectively.
