- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DLP strategies and controls across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Manage DLP policy lifecycle – from creation to tuning – ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business risk appetite.
- Drive incident response for data loss events, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units to classify data assets and enforce appropriate protection measures.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of security awareness and technical excellence.
- Conduct regular DLP health checks, reporting metrics and trends to senior management.
- Evaluate and integrate new DLP technologies and tools to enhance detection and prevention capabilities.
- Stay abreast of evolving threats and data protection regulations to proactively adapt controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in information security with at least 3 years focused on DLP technologies and operations.
- Proven expertise with enterprise DLP platforms (e.g., Symantec, Forcepoint, Microsoft Purview).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, endpoint security, and cloud data protection.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly valued.
- Analytical mindset with experience in incident response and forensic investigations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
