Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the Lead Electrical Engineer for small-to-mid-sized projects or as a strategic Sub-Lead for large-scale engineering endeavors.
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of electrical systems, ensuring full compliance with international standards and local codes.
- Manage project lifecycles, including technical design, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, technical accuracy, and safety.
- Conduct site visits and field inspections to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality control throughout project execution.
- Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, civil, and structural engineers, as well as stakeholders and clients.
- Prepare and review comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and detailed documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License as a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in electrical design and project management within the engineering/construction industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux, and Revit MEP.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes (PEC/NEC) and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical meetings and present designs to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
