Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design and engineering of electrical systems for data centers including power distribution, backup power, and grounding systems
- Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards (IEC, NFPA, TIA-942), and client specifications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, structural, IT) to integrate electrical infrastructure
- Perform load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and short-circuit studies for critical systems
- Review vendor documentation, equipment specifications, and construction drawings
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for electrical components
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in electrical engineering with 3+ years in data centers
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Expertise in power systems design: UPS, generators, PDU, HV/LV distribution
- Proficiency in engineering software: AutoCAD, ETAP, DIALux, Revit MEP
- Strong knowledge of BMS integration and energy efficiency standards
- Proven project management experience with PMP certification preferred
