Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and engineering of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control systems for complex energy projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless integration of EIC components.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers within the APAC region.
- Manage project delivery schedules, budgets, and technical quality standards.
- Oversee the preparation of specifications, datasheets, and technical reports for procurement and construction.
- Conduct site visits, technical audits, and provide field engineering support as required.
- Ensure all designs comply with local Singaporean regulations, international standards (IEC/IEEE), and internal safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in EIC engineering, specifically within the energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong proficiency in DCS, PLC/SCADA systems, and industrial instrumentation.
- Proven experience in lead/principal roles with the ability to manage complex project deliverables.
- In-depth knowledge of international engineering standards (IEC, ISA, IEEE, ATEX/IECEx).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Professional Engineering (PE) status or eligibility for registration in Singapore is highly advantageous.
