We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EIC) Engineer to join our expanding APAC Energy team in Singapore.
In this senior role, you will serve as the technical authority for the EIC discipline on complex energy projects, including offshore wind, hydrogen, carbon capture, and renewable energy systems. You will leverage your extensive experience to guide project teams through the full lifecycle of projects, from early concept and feasibility through to detailed design, construction, and commissioning. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of safe, reliable, and innovative electrical and control solutions that meet the highest global standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EIC) design and engineering for major energy transition projects offshore and onshore.
- Develop and review key engineering deliverables, including single line diagrams, load lists, cable schedules, instrument indexes, DCS/SCADA/P&IDs, and control philosophies.
- Manage and execute FEED and Detailed Engineering phases, ensuring rigorous quality and schedule adherence.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Act as the primary EIC interface with clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors during project execution.
- Lead technical workshops, design reviews, HAZOP, SIMOPS, and risk assessments.
- Drive standardization, digitalization, and value engineering initiatives across the EIC discipline.
- Support the tender and bidding process by developing EIC scope, cost estimates, and schedules for new projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls engineering within the energy sector (offshore wind, O&G, renewables, power generation).
- Professional Engineering license (PE, CEng, or equivalent) is required.
- Extensive knowledge of international codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, BS, API, NEC).
- Proven track record in leading EIC design for large-scale capital projects, particularly in the offshore environment.
- Experience with power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory) and control system platforms (e.g., Yokogawa, Siemens, ABB, Rockwell).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary team environment across global time zones.
