- Lead the technical architecture and strategy for the FC Mobile backend and client systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Mentor and coach a team of software engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive the implementation of best practices in software development, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
- Optimize game performance and reduce latency to ensure a seamless player experience across various devices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
- Strong proficiency in C++ or C#, with experience in mobile game development (iOS/Android).
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
