Shopee is seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer (Electronics Engineer) to drive innovation within our SPX Express Operations team in Singapore. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and optimization of critical electrical components, with a primary focus on Automated Sorting Machine (ASM) control systems and electrical architectures. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems, including ASM control systems and electrical circuit design for SPX Express operations.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies and component selection to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of electrical hardware with software control systems, ensuring seamless communication and functionality.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and technical growth.
- Perform rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical designs to identify and mitigate operational risks before deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, operations, and software engineering, to deliver technical solutions on time and within budget.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in electrical engineering, with specific focus on industrial automation, logistics systems, or automated machinery.
- Strong technical proficiency in designing and troubleshooting ASM control systems, PLCs, and electrical circuits.
- Experience with industrial control systems, SCADA, HMI, and sensor integration is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Eagle) for electrical schematic design and documentation.
- Proven track record of leading engineering projects and managing technical teams in a dynamic, high-volume operational setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
