Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end engineering lifecycle of IoT-enabled medical devices from concept to deployment.
- Design and implement low-power, real-time embedded firmware for medical hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, regulatory, clinical) to define product requirements and specifications.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and verification to ensure compliance with medical standards (e.g., IEC 62304).
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Optimize system performance, power consumption, and connectivity reliability in challenging environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in embedded systems engineering with a focus on IoT.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++, RTOS (FreeRTOS, VxWorks), and hardware interfacing protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).
- Experience with IoT communication protocols (MQTT, Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi) and cloud integration.
- Demonstrated experience in the MedTech or medical device industry.
- Deep understanding of medical device regulations (MDR) and quality management systems.
