Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of M&E systems for commercial projects
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's building codes and safety regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Conduct technical audits and performance evaluations of M&E infrastructure
- Develop innovative solutions for energy efficiency and system reliability
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation and project specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of M&E engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Professional certification (PE/PEng or equivalent) preferred
- Expertise in HVAC, electrical distribution, and building automation systems
- Strong proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools)
- Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
