Are you an expert in electromechanical systems with a passion for high-speed logistics? Shopee is seeking a dedicated Lead Engineer to oversee our MFM Zone 1 & 2 operations. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse reliability, ensuring that our conveyor systems and automated machinery operate at peak performance to support our rapidly scaling e-commerce ecosystem.
You will lead a team of technical professionals, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of facility equipment. From preventive maintenance scheduling to rapid-response troubleshooting, your technical leadership will directly impact the speed and efficiency of our fulfillment operations. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who excels in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and is committed to upholding the highest safety and quality standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise technical teams for the maintenance and repair of conveyor systems and warehouse automation equipment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in real-time.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement of critical components.
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement engineering improvements to optimize system throughput.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols within Zone 1 & 2.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices for facility maintenance and incident response.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance or plant engineering, specifically within logistics, manufacturing, or e-commerce.
- Strong hands-on experience with industrial automation, PLC systems, and conveyor motor controls.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage technical teams in a shift-based environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical diagrams.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Professional certification in relevant engineering disciplines is a significant advantage.
