In this critical leadership role, you'll architect, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade network solutions that power our global hospitality operations. You'll lead a dynamic team of engineers in maintaining high-availability systems, ensuring seamless connectivity across 2,500+ rooms, gaming facilities, and entertainment venues. Your expertise in network security, cloud integration, and emerging technologies will drive innovation while maintaining industry-leading uptime standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers in designing, deploying, and maintaining complex network infrastructures
- Architect and implement resilient network solutions including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks
- Develop network security frameworks and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Optimize network performance through capacity planning, traffic analysis, and proactive monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network hardware and services
- Document network configurations, policies, and disaster recovery procedures
- Stay current with emerging technologies (5G, IoT, cloud networking) and recommend innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of network engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or enterprise-grade networking equipment
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent professional certification required
- Proven experience with network automation (Python, Ansible) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of network security protocols and threat mitigation strategies
- Excellent project management skills with experience in large-scale implementations
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 operational environment
