Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the technical engineering team responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of high-speed automated sorting systems.
- Oversee the installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of PLC-based control systems and electronic components.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to ensure 99.9% uptime of sorting center equipment.
- Analyze operational data and technical logs to identify recurring issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for specialized equipment support.
- Ensure all engineering activities strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and local electrical codes.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize layout and machine settings for increased parcel processing capacity.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians to enhance the site's overall technical capability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related technical field.
- Professional License (Registered Electronics Engineer or Registered Electrical Engineer) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in engineering operations, preferably within a logistics, FMCG, or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), sensors, and conveyor automation systems.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a shifting schedule of technical staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Filipino to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in Bustos, Bulacan and adapt to a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
