Are you a visionary security architect ready to reshape how enterprise infrastructure defends against modern threats? Synapxe is looking for a Lead Engineer - Zero Trust Architecture to spearhead our transition from traditional perimeter-based security (LAN/VPN) to a sophisticated, identity-centric Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) framework.
In this high-impact role, you will be the technical authority responsible for the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and migration of our network infrastructure. You will work at the intersection of security engineering and enterprise operations, collaborating with cross-functional technical teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure a seamless, secure, and highly scalable environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.
- Manage the technical migration strategy from traditional VPN/LAN legacy systems to a secure, modern Zero Trust architecture.
- Develop and document technical security policies, standards, and best practices for internal infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and external vendors to integrate ZTNA solutions into existing enterprise workflows.
- Conduct threat modeling and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks during the migration process.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on access control, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity management systems.
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align security initiatives with business objectives and operational requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in network security, systems engineering, or cybersecurity architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Zero Trust principles, ZTNA, or SASE solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), SSO, MFA, and modern authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale migration projects involving cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical security concepts to non-technical partners.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or vendor-specific security architecture certifications are highly preferred.
